RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Jason & Grace, your satisfaction is important to us.

Pricing & Taxes The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

When We Offer Refunds

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The item does not match the description or photos
  • You are genuinely not satisfied with the quality or fit

What We Cannot Refund

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show clear signs of use
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-related items (for health reasons)
  • Orders older than 30 days

Return Shipping & Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we'll cover it.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service so your return can be confirmed.
  • Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

We'll provide the return address once your return request has been approved.

Jason & Grace is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs complications or shipping method issues.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@jasonandgrace.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request (usually within 24–48 hours).

Refunds Once your return has been received and gently inspected:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email from us with the outcome
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by bank or payment provider)
