What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us if you've received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related references. We'll do our very best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
